Lydia Montgomery is currently a junior at Carleton college, where she is pursuing an English major and Educational Studies minor. On campus, she is an avid (if obscure) writer for Cow Print, Carleton’s humor magazine, and has enjoyed applying her passion for writing to her work on the Chrysalis podcast. A Seattle native, Lydia credits her childhood spent in the waters and mountains of the Puget Sound with inspiring her love of the outdoors and passion for environmental justice. After undergrad, she plans to return to the Pacific Northwest and go into early childhood special education.
